rate on a time and materials basis for all services provided. SS Solutions does not offer fixed price contracts. The goal
of SS Solutions is to provide a rate that allows clients to maximize their IT budget and leaves clients feeling like
they have received a bargain: high value at low cost relative to the market.
SS Solutions encourages cost curtailment by utilizing remote work and technologies
as much as possible. In prior experience, entire projects have successfully been completed without setting foot on site. If
some on-site presence is desired or required, travel expenses will be reimbursed by the Customer. SS Solutions will make every
attempt to keep travel and associated expenses to a minimum whenever necessary.

on a non-billable basis to obtain an understanding of the business requirements, typically over the course of a few days or
weeks depending on the scale of the engagement. One of two possible approaches will then be utilized based on the magnitude
of the engagement and the desired confidence level in the estimates with respect to an understanding of the high level requirements:
For smaller engagements where a very good understanding of business requirements
can be obtained during high level discovery, a Statement of Work will be provided that outlines the expected scope, deliverables,
and estimate for the design and implementation of the proposed business solution. The scope and estimate for this approach
will include some time for additional detailed requirement gathering.
For larger engagements where it is not possible to obtain a sufficient understanding
of business requirements during high level discovery, a Statement of Work will be provided for extended detailed requirements
gathering and discovery on a billable basis. The primary deliverable for this approach would be a Functional Requirement Document
(FRD) and another Statement of Work that would provide the scope, deliverables, and estimate for the design and implementation
of the proposed solution based on the previously gathered detailed requirements as defined within the FRD.
