RoboReport: The

CreateGroups: The CreateGroups utility was developed to provide Documentum® analysts, administrators,
or developers with automation for the design and deployment of groups and nested structure within a repository.
Designers can use the provided spreadsheet template to define the group structure to meet business requirements. Once
the specifications are complete, the spreadsheet template is used to launch a connection to the repository to create the specified
group structure; or, alternately save the data in CSV format for ingestion by the CreateGroups Java class deployed on any
workstation or server. Design. Click. Done.

CreatePermissionSets: The CreatePermissionSets utility was developed to provide Documentum® analysts,
administrators, or developers with automation for the design and deployment of Permission Sets (ACLs) within a repository.
Designers can use the provided spreadsheet template to define the security model to meet the business requirements. Once
the specifications are complete, the spreadsheet template is used to launch a connection to the repository to create the specified
Permission Sets; or, alternately save the data in CSV format for ingestion by the CreatePermissionSets Java class deployed
