ToolSS are a set of solutions and utilities to facilitate design, development, deployment, and administration activities associated with Enterprise Content Management. A document that provides details on the features for each of the ToolSS is provided below.
 
ToolSS support is limited to email support only via the contact info available on this website; no telephone support is provided. Upgrades that are made available for any ToolSS will be provided without charge. Once a ToolSS customer, always a ToolSS customer. You will never be charged for any provided upgrade. Enhancement requests can also be submitted via email.
 
If you would like your ToolSS customized further for your particular environment, or have any ToolSS you would like developed to meet a particular requirement, please submit custom requests via email.

You can use PayPal to order directly via the links provided in the table below, or submit Purchase Orders via email. All deliveries will be provided via email or FTP retrieval. 

End User License Agreement (EULA)

ToolSS licensing is subject to the EULA provided above and pricing options as defined below:
  • User License: A license is required for each user. This license prohibits the sharing of software by more than one user.
  • Machine License: A license is required for each machine or host that the software is deployed to. There is no limit to the number of users that may utilize the software on the licensed machine.
  • Repository License: A license is required for each repository the solution is deployed to. There is no limit to the number of users or machines that access the licensed repository. 
  • Unlimited License: An unlimited license that allows deployment on any number of machines or repositories and use by any number of users.

Placing an order for ToolSS implies that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions specified in the EULA and pricing options.

RoboReport: The RoboReport utility was developed to provide simplified, automated generation and optional distribution of reports in CSV format within a Documentum® repository. RoboReport provides extremely easy deployment and configuration that allows users to create report configurations that are executed by a custom Documentum® Job. The RoboReport utility allows this functionality to be up and running typically within thirty minutes. Design. Click. Done.

CreateGroups: The CreateGroups utility was developed to provide Documentum® analysts, administrators, or developers with automation for the design and deployment of groups and nested structure within a repository. Designers can use the provided spreadsheet template to define the group structure to meet business requirements. Once the specifications are complete, the spreadsheet template is used to launch a connection to the repository to create the specified group structure; or, alternately save the data in CSV format for ingestion by the CreateGroups Java class deployed on any workstation or server. CreatePermissionSets: The CreatePermissionSets utility was developed to provide Documentum® analysts, administrators, or developers with automation for the design and deployment of Permission Sets (ACLs) within a repository. Designers can use the provided spreadsheet template to define the security model to meet the business requirements. Once the specifications are complete, the spreadsheet template is used to launch a connection to the repository to create the specified Permission Sets; or, alternately save the data in CSV format for ingestion by the CreatePermissionSets Java class deployed on any workstation or server. FileImport: The FileImport utility was developed to provide simplified, automated import of files from defined directories into a Documentum® repository. FileImport provides extremely easy deployment and configuration to allow users to drop files into defined staging directories for subsequent automatic ingestion into the repository. The FileImport utility allows this functionality to be up and running within thirty minutes.
